Hatte jetzt heute nochmal alles gelöscht. Trotzdem, immer noch die blöde Differenz von 21.

Nun ist auch die komplette Mediathek nicht mehr alphabetisch sortiert.....

Ich werde glaube die iCloud Fotomediathek komplett löschen, dann diese 30 Tage warten und dann neu aufsetzen. Wie kann ich die Bilder am besten lokal sichern?

Auf den externe HDD kopieren. So hab ich das gemacht.

Du musst auch keine 30 Tage warten. Sichere Deine Bilder auf ne externe HDD, dann lösche alle Bilder aus der iCloud-Fotomediathek manuell, deaktiviere sie, alle dann noch eventuell vorhandenen Fotos auf dem iPhone löschen (hattest Du den iExplorer zum löschen von den Fotos auf dem iPhone mal ausprobiert?) und dann iCloud-Fotomediathek wieder aktivieren und alle Bilder wieder in diese rein importieren.

Genau die App ist das. Installierst Du auf Deinen Mac, schließt das iPhone an und dann kannst Du wie in einem Dateibrowser mit iExplorer auf Dein iPhone zugreifen und z.B. Fotos löschen. Aber aufpassen, das Du nichts wichtiges löscht.

Du hattest Dir doch das 6s Plus bestellt, oder? Wenn die Anzahl der Bilder in Deiner Cloud richtig ist und lediglich auf dem iPhone zu viele Bilder angezeigt werden würde ich insgesamt abwarten, bis Du Dein neues Handy hast. Das ist ja noch "jungfräulich" und dort würde ich die iCloud Fotomediathek einfach mal aktivieren.

Aber das sollte er dann ja aus der Cloud ziehen.

Mittlerweile weiß ich selber nicht mehr wo was richtig angezeigt wird. Der Wurm ist drin.

iOS: 0 Fotos, nichts zu finden, nirgends
Mac OS X: 0 Fotos
iCloud: 20 Fotos + 1 Video -> das sind die 21 Objekte

Wie kann ich diese 21 löschen? Wie komme ich da dran?

Ansonsten vielleicht mal bei Apple anrufen und die bitten die vorhandenen 21 Fotos in der Cloud zu löschen. Wenn das überhaupt geht...
