Habe heute eine sehr interessante Antwort von Vodafone bekommen:
Also Einschicken geht auf jeden Fall. Mich würde ja mal interessieren, was das für "authorized service centres" sind, von denen da die Rede ist...
Dear Mr. xxxxx,
Thank you for your e-mail.
If your handset does not work properly, you can bring it with all the original equipment to one of our stores. The full list of Vodafone shops can be found at this site: http://www.vodafone.cz/gen_en/contact/stores.htm. Another way is to send your mobile phone by mail to our address:
Vodafone Czech Republic a.s.
Vozicka 2582
Tabor
390 02
Czech Republic
In any of these ways you will need your handset with all the accessories, the certificate of varanty, Invoice and description of the problem. You can also contact a service centre authorized for repairing iPhones in Germany. Unfotunately, we have no contacts on such services but you can look at http://www.apple.com to get support for the iPhone 3G.
Vodafone's complaint procedure rules can be found at this site: http://www.vodafone.cz/foot_en/legal/complaint/index.htm.
We believe this information will be helpful to you.
Yours Sincerely
Jana Kulhánková
Customer Care Department
