Eben ist mir Spotify abgestürzt. Kann es da eine Korrelation bzw. einen kausalen Zusammenhang geben?

Gab's mal, wurde aber 2016 bereits behoben. Probier' nochmal das ganze mit einem neuen Account (wenn du aber einen clean install gemacht hast und wirklich nur die Dokumente/Dateien (keine Accounts, keine Apps/Programme, keine Systemeinstellungen usw.) migriert hast, kann ich mir eigentlich nicht vorstellen, dass das was ändert).

Ansonsten deutet leider alles auf einen HW-Defekt hin.

Jetzt muss ich hier auch einmal an euch wenden, und zwar seit dem Update auf Big Sur habe ich diverse Probleme mit meinem MacBook Pro 13" 2019 4xTB. Gerade weil die Kids den Mac momentan häufig fürs Homeschooling brauchen, sind die Probleme extrem nervig. Im Big Sur Thread kam ich auf die Idee, hier mal mit meinem Etrecheck zu fragen, ob ihr was finden könnt. Vor allem, bevor ich mir den Aufwand mache und wieder zurück auf Catalina gehe.

Doe Probleme sind folgende:

Hin und wieder sehe ich den Beachball, obwohl ich nur einen Ordner oder Programm öffnen will.

Die Anmeldung eines anderen Nutzers hakt, und dauert bestimmt 30 Sekunden bis man auf dem Schreibtisch ist.

Programme verursachen regelmäßig eine so hohe CPU-Last, so dass selbst beim browsen der Lüfter auf Vollgas läuft.

Bei jeder vierten Videokonferenz (Plattform egal) funktioniert die Kamera und/oder das Mikro nicht.

Auch das Touchpad hat mal seine Settings (Klicken durch tippen) vergessen, und das musste ich neu aktivieren.

Manchmal bleibt alles hängen, und der Mac reagiert auf keinerlei Eingaben mehr.

Das jetzt erstmal nur das, was mir spontan einfällt. Ich ärgere mich echt, dass ich nicht auf Catalina geblieben bin.

Jetzt hoffe ich, dass ich den Bericht hier richtig poste, und hoffe auf hilfreiche Antworten.

Ich sehe keine installierte Malware oder ähnliches. Aber die Crashs sind schon besorgniserregend und völlig beliebig verteilt. Ich sehe allerdings keine klare Ursache.

Zwei Dinge am Rande:
- Mache unbedingt aktuelle Backups. Mit deinem Rechner stimmt etwas nicht.
- Deine SSD ist arg voll. Das sollte so nicht bleiben, denn es bekommt ihr nicht und macht sie langsam. Aufräumen!

Aufgrund der Art der Crashs und wo sie überall vorkommen, wage ich mal einen Schuss aus der Hüfte:

Hardwareproblem, vielleicht RAM oder SSD.

Aber wie gesagt: Das ist nicht klar zu sehen, sondern eher anhand des Fehlerbildes eine Einschätzung. Das kann falsch sein.

Oder mal im Festplattendienstprogramm die Erste Hilfe starten

In jedem Fall: Vorher Backup machen!!!

Danke euch für eine erste Einschätzung.

Mein Plan sieht also wie folgt für das Wochenende aus (nachdem ich den Keller fertig habe):

- System aufräumen und mehr Platz auf der SSD schaffen
- frisches Backup erstellen
- Apple Hardwarediagnose starten
- Erste Hilfe im Festplattendiemstprogramm starten
- Sollte das alles nichts anzeigen, System clean neu installieren

Liege ich da ganz gut?

Dann habe ich Big Sur von einem Stick Clean neu installiert, und meine Daten aus einem TM Backup wiederhergestellt.
Ich schaue mal, ob es was gebracht hat.

Ich schaue mal, ob es was gebracht hat.

Wenn du ihn davon wiederhergestellt hast, sollte sich gar nichts ändern. Wenn du einen Clean Install machst, musst du hinter mit dem Migrationsassistenten deine Daten migrieren, aber schön die Finger von Systemeinstellungen, Apps/Progranmmen und deren Einstellungen usw. lassen und die auch alle "clean" installieren.

Sonst stellst du ja den Zustand vor clean install wieder her - mitsamt aller Probleme.

Installiert habe ich dann richtig. Erst, als das neue System installiert war, habe ich den Migrationsassistent gestartet.

Na ja, falls die Aktion nichts gebracht hat, nachbuchstabieren es halt nochmal...[emoji17]

Du sollst vom Migrationsassistenten nur deine Dokumente migrieren lassen - das muss man entsprechend auswählen. Wenn du einfach alles migriert hast, hättest du auch direkt aus dem TM-Backup wiederherstellen können.

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe ein MacBookPro 13" von 2015. In der vergangenen Monaten habe ich immer wieder Beachballing Probleme.
Insbesondere nach Phasen der Inaktivität ist das MacBook plötzlich sehr langsam, dann beginnt das Beachballing und letztlich hilt nur ein Reset. Auch gestern im WebEx Meeting ist plötzlich der Bildschirm eingefroren, der Ton lief weiter und das Beachballing ging los. Vom Gefühl her würde ich sagen besteht das Problem seit dem Upgrade auf Big Sur..

Habt ihr Ideen, woran es liegen könnte und was ggf. zu beheben ist, bevor ich mir ein neues Notebook zulegen muss?

Habe die Beiden Programm deinstalliert, wo ich CleanMyMac installiert habe, in der Hoffnung , dass es mir aus dem Beachballing Problem heraus hilft. Mit Avira hatte ich seit 2015 auch keine Probleme ... bis jetzt...


Und nein, ich habe tatsächlich kein Backup. Die Dateien, die mir wichtig sind, speichere ich gesondert auf einer externen Festplatte.

Hast Du mit einem erneuten EtreCheck überprüft, ob die wirklich weg sind?

Ob er besser läuft ist schwer zu beurteilen, das Beachballing beginnt aus heiterem himmel, ohne dass ich konkrete Trigger bisher ausmachen konnte. Außer eben die inaktivität. Mal läuft er für mehrere Stunden/ ggf. auch Tage problemlos, dann hängt er sich urplötzlich wieder auf.

Wie hast Du das deinstalliert? Da sind ja nicht nur Reste, sondern geladenen Daemonen, da läuft also noch was und liegt nicht nur rum.

über rechtsklick auf meine festplatte --> speicher verwalten--> programme --> löschen:confused:
