In dem Fall musst Du mit der Aktivitätsanzeige den Speicherverbrauch aller Prozesse auswerten. Eventuell die Spalte "Realer privater Speicher" aktivieren und danach rückwärts sortieren.

Warum muss man etwas deuten? In der Liste steht doch dann im Klartext, welche Programme gerade so viel Speicher belegen, dass Dein Mac so überlastet wird, dass er langsam läuft.

An "kernel_task", Finder und Dock kannst Du nichts ändern, aber bei allen anderen Programmen müsstest Du doch wissen, was Du gestartet hattest.

Es war gar nichst gestartet ausser das betriebssystem. Und jeztt nachträglich kann ich es nicht mehr sehen. Mittlerweile habe ich die Platte gelöscht und Sierra neu installiert. Siehe auch den KFKA-Thread.

Was es war ist konnte ich nicht erkennen, aber das MBP war nicht mehr zu gebrauchen.

Da noch nichts installiert is, bzw. Auch kein Backup eingespielt ist, wäre es ein schlechtes Zeichen, wenn der Rechner nicht rund laufen würde.

Auf dem MBP wird kein backup eingespielt. Eben habe ich 9 Mailaccounts manuell eingepflegt. Clean wäre das backup ja nicht.

Genau, wenn du dann alle deine Programme wieder neu installiert hast und mit deinen gewohnten Workflow arbeitest, wirst du ja sehen, ob das Problem wieder Auftritt.

Das problem trat auf, ohne, dass ich nur ein Programm gestartet hatte. Das ist je der Fluch.
Nun ist nur die Überlegung ob das Office 2011 nochmals installiert wird.

Das Prozesse dieser auch nicht gestarteten Programme durchaus auch Einfluss auf laufende System haben können, Even auch, wenn du im Glauben bist sie laufen nicht, kann dort bereits der Fehler liegen zusätzlich legen Programme und System auch temporäre Daten an und auch die können stören, von sonstigen Fehlern, wie verstellte voreinstellungsdateien etc. mal abgesehen.

Naj was immer das MBP so unbrauchbar machte, jetzt wird es Clean installiert. War eine Menge Arbeit aber immerhin lernt man ja was dabei. War eine Premiere. Wird es wieder so extrem lahm und nicht zu gebrauchen, werde ich versuchen es auf Lion zurückzusetzen. Dann geht es aber zum Reseller.

könnt ihr mal schauen ob da etwas nicht i.O. ist.

Mit dem hängenbleiben der Maus nervt mich.

Bevor ich mir eine Neue "Maus" kaufe,wäre ich über eine Info sehr dankbar.

Ich erkenne keine auffällige Software. Es kann natürlich an der Maus liegen, aber oft hat das Ruckeln ganz andere Ursachen.

Was hast du denn für eine Maus? Kabel oder Funk? Bluetooth oder mit Dongle?

Aus irgendeinem Grund verputzt dein Dashboard ein Viertel CPU-Leistung. Brauchst du das? Wenn nicht, deaktiviere es.

Bleibt im Moment des Mausstillstands das ganze System kurz stehen?

Es bleibt nur die Maus hängen immer kurz.

Ich habe sie Original von Apple Bluetooth.

Das mit der CPU Leistung von Dashboard habe ich auch schon gesehen.

Aber der Leistungsverb. ist nicht immer. Z.Zt fast null verbrauch.

Ich schaue nur manchmal iStat wegen der Temperatur etc.

Wie kann ich Dashboard deaktivieren ?Einfach aus dem Dok ziehen?

Hast du die Maus schon einmal in den Bluetooth-Geräten gelöscht und dann neu verbunden?

Nein, in Systemeinstellungen/MissionControl, Dashboard auf aus stellen.
Nichtsdestotrotz solltest du überprüfen, was im Dashboard denn Amok läuft, das wird durch das ausschalten ja vermutlich nicht gelöst und schwebt als Fehler nach wie vor im System mit.
