Outlook 2016, Exchange Server Einstellungen für Microsoft Konto outlook.com

Hallo Allerseits
Mit Ausnahme eines Avast Antiviren Programmes, habe ich meines Wissens nach keine ungewöhnliche Software installiert, kein Cleaner, kein Security Tool etc.
Updates hatte ich alle installiert sowohl Betriebssystem wie auch die Office Updates.

Habe jetzt folgendes durchgeführt

• Habe alle Microsoft basierten Programme (Office 2016, OneDrive App, Wunderlist) deinstalliert und die Dateien gemäss Deinstallationsanleitung von Microsoft gesäubert (Library/Container und Library/GroupContainer)
• Antiviren Software deinstalliert
• Neues Mail "Test" Konto bei Microsoft angelegt
• Neu gestartet, Office Neu installiert, aktiviert mit meinem Office 365 Account und vor Konto Einrichtung zuerst alle Updates installiert
• Neues Konto erstellt mit Option "Outlook.com" und meinem neuen Testmail Account

Ergebnis: auch beim neuen Konto wird nur IMAP angeboten. Jetzt bin ich doch etwas ratlos. TeamViewer bin ich nicht abgeneigt wenn Jemand eine gute Idee hat. Habe ihn sowieso installiert.
Ws kann ich noch machen? Das Ganze System neu installieren?

Na jetzt musst ich doch lachen. War mir nicht bewusst dass das s ein Problem darstellt. Bin nich sicher, ich glaube nicht dass ich es vor Outlook installiert hatte.
Werde es mir aber merken und abgesehen davon ist es deinstalliert Kann ich noch was machen? Sonst setze ich das ganze System zurück

1. alle Rückstände weg von avast?

Ggf. Mit easyfind suchen, ob da auch nur irgendwas ist.

2. Bügel mal das Comboupdate des aktuellen OS rüber:

Ich zweifele, dass Dein individuelles Problem damit weg ist.

Aber unabhängig davon solltest Du diese beiden Schritte für Deinen Mac tun, bevor Du neu aufsetzt.

Und bitte auch mal vor System Plattmachen nach der Ableitung dieses Threads mal etrecheck laufen lassen und gemäß Anweisung im Thread mit Code posten. Auch bevor Du Schritte 1. und 2. machst.

Ich war wohl etwas zu schnell und habe deine Nachricht erst nach dem zurücksetzen gesehen.

Ich habe jedoch die gesamte Disk gelöscht, keine Daten mehr drauf und komplett neu installiert (kein Backup wiederhergestellt)
Danach OS Update installiert, dann Outlook + Updates und getestet. Combo Update ist ebenfalls installiert.

Gleiches Ergebnis... ich werde noch wahnsinnig.
Von mir aus setze ich es nochmal zurück wenn Du meinst dass bringt was.
Das etrecheck sagt mir nichts, macht das jetzt noch Sinn?

Kann es sein dass irgend welche alten Einstellungen mit der iCloud synchronisiert sind?

Outlook Exchange365 Konto auf IMac!!

Hallo liebe Mitleidenden!
Ich muß sagen, das mein Umstieg von Win auf Mac doch ganz gut läuft.
Bis auf einige Software (Speziell) ist eigentlich alles von Hause aus im IMac vorhanden.
Sogar .pdf aus Schriftstücken erstellen ohne erst Installationen durchzuführen

Zum Problem:

In der "Heute-Ansichtsleiste" auch Mitteilungsleiste rechts am Bildschirm, störte mich, das ich meine DAten aus Outlook nicht sehen konnte.
Daher sah ich mir die Kontoeinstellungen an in dem ich Kalender starte und dann "Kalendar/Einstellungen am oberen Rand (Bild Hilfe1) das
"Accounts" Fenster öffne (Hilfe2). Hier wegen Bildschirmfoto nicht dargestellt!!

Wählt Exchange aus !



Danach gebt ihr eure Zugangsdaten ein:

Immer als volle e-mail Adresse eingeben Auch bei Benutzername !!!

Es kommt jetzt öfter nach der Eingabe der Fehler " Accountname/Passwort konnte nicht überprüft werden..."
immer auf Anmelden und bei Zertifikat auf "weiter"...

Da kommt in beide hinein:

Natürlich müsst ihr unter den anderen Feldern eure Daten eingeben:

Ich suchte nach einer Hilfestellung und fand nichts aktuelles.

wahrscheinlich ne dumme Frage, aber bekomme ich das auch in Outlook 365 auf dem MBP hin? Das Exchange Konto nach der Anleitung oben (übrigens vielen Dank dafür) richtet er mir unproblematisch mit Apple Mail ein. In der Outlook App finde ich aber unter der Konto-Einrichtung keine Möglichkeit ein Exchange auszuwählen. Mache ich da etwas grundsätzlich falsch?
