Der Akku hat nur noch 82 % seiner ursprünglichen Kapazität und das bedeutet, das der Rechner meist runtergeregelt wird und nicht mit voller Leistung läuft.
Der Tipp von @trexx ist auch wichtig und die Platte solltest du überprüfen, zum Beispiel mit dem Smart Utility, gibt es hier https://www.volitans-software.com Die ausgegebenen Werte kannst du hier posten, nicht das auch die Platte einen Hau weg hat.
Den Akku allerdings solltest du baldmöglichst wechseln, nicht nur die Leistung fällt, es kann auch vorkommen, das er sich aufbläht und dann die Hardware schädigt oder schlimmeres.

Ja, du könntest dir nochmal alle Attribute anzeigen lassen, bei den Books ist auch wenn sie den Test so bestehen, manchmal das Kabel defekt, das wäre wohl das Attribut 199 CRC, wenn dort höhere Fehlerwerte erscheinen, liegt die Vermutung nahe, das das Kabel/Anschluss einen Fehler aufweist, aber so sieht der Bericht gut aus.

Ja, die Festplatte. Ist zwar mit den Betriebsstunden noch gut, hat aber mindestens einen Sturz hinter sich.

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe auch das Problem, dass mein Macbook seit einiger Zeit sehr langsam ist. Seit neuestem stürzt er immer wieder ab, z. B. wenn ich im VLC-Player einen Film starten möchte, und fährt dann nicht komplett wieder hoch, sondern startet wieder neu. - Nur 20 GB frei auf der Platte.
- Statt Dateien aufzuräumen/auszulagern „Clean My Mac“ draufgemacht, eine Software, die von vielen hier schon fast selbst als Malware bewertet wird.

Das scheinen mir bei flüchtigem Lesen schon mal zwei Wurzeln des Übels...

Clean my mac hab ich leider vor Ewigkeiten mal draufgemacht, aber ich hab es schon lang gelöscht. Da liegen nur wohl immer noch Reste davon. Hab das mit EtreCheck jetzt entfernt. Und die volle Platte - da hab ich wohl nach dem externe Festplatten hin und herschieben vergessen, den Papierkorb zu leeren... Jetzt sind wieder 200 GB frei. Aber könnte das die Abstürze erklären? Die Langsamkeit ok, aber dieses komische hängenbleiben im Startvorgang?

Der mdworker, also vermutlich Spotlight verbraucht auch viel Leistung, könnte auch ein Indiz für die Langsamkeit sein.
CleanMyMac gilt wie gesagt eher als Schadsoftware und Ironie an crasht auch diverse Male.
Teste die Platte mal mit dem SmartUtility https://www.volitans-software.com.

Bei einem MBP 15“ von 2011 denkt jeder auch an

Eventuell auch defektes Festplattenkabel

Ich würde erstmal den Rechner eine Nacht anlassen, automatisches Standby in „Systemeinstellungen -Energie sparen“ für diesen Fall mal ausschalten, damit alle Prozesse wie Spotlight mal zu Ende werkeln können.

Dann würde ich mir mit Carbon Copy Cloner eine Kopie der HDD ziehen. Auf eine zusätzliche, andere Backup-Platte. Zur Sicherheit. Das TimeMachine Backup lief ja leider auf eine winzige Platte, die hätte dreimal so groß sein müssen.

Dann würde ich Experimente starten. Neuen Benutzer mit Adminrechten anlegen, schauen, ob die Probleme unter dem Benutzer auch auftauchen. Schauen ob Du die Crashs durch bestimmte Aktionen (Grafik) provozieren kannst. Wegen der Grafik- und Kabelprobleme gibt es hier im Forum andere Experten. Viel Glück!!

Hi,
die G-Sensor Error Rate ist extrem hoch, auch die Free Fall Sensor Meldung ist viel zu hoch, ich würde diese HDD auswechseln.
