War heute beim Apple Service...
Seltener Fall, dass es noch meine aktuellen Riegel akzeptiert. Aber alles weitere nimmt er nicht mehr...
Kurz um, bevor es lang wird und die ganze bisherige Entwicklung kommt.
iMac 27" i5 Mid 2010 soll von :
8GB ( 4x2GB) auf 32 GB ( 4x 8GB)
-----------------------
läuft weder mit 32GB noch 16GB (2x8GB)
Starten nur im abgesicherter Modus möglich.
im Safe-Mode werden 64GB angezeigt:
Lustiger weise Startete er mit 20 GB ( 2x2GB + 2x8GB) aber sobald ich mehr als 4GB nutzte gab es KERNEL PANICS.

-> Er verträgt die 8GB Steine nicht. Weder einen noch alle.
->Mit 32GB Normalstart hängt er beim Apfel.
Auch Bootcamp startet nicht,
Selbe Problem bei Start von Frisch aufgesetztem System auf externem Medium
->Mit 8GB (Riegel getauscht und getestet) kann man sich meist anmelden, aber nach kurzer Zeit KERNEL P.
-> Mit den Alten 4x2GB Steinen läuft er nach wie vor einwandfrei!

ASD EFI 3S140 - kann ich booten, dann läd er. Beim laden der VideoController devices braucht er ewig! konnte somit die EFI Tests garnicht laufen lassen. (das aber auch beim funktionierendem/altem RAM)

Ich habe auf die beiden anderen Riegel gewartet... bei denen das selbe Spiel.
Ok, bissel recherchiert, telefoniert, wohlmöglich Inkompabilität. Gut, Lieferant angerufen, hatten 8GBer von Samsung da. Laut deren aussage könnte es bei SiQuell schon mal zu Inkompabilität kommen, aber Samsung sollte laufen. Anstandslos 1 zu 1 umgetauscht.

Telefon gegriffen, Lieferant angerufen. Techniker meinte, das Klingt sehr nach entweder:
1. System Kaputt
2. logic board kaputt. (Paaaanik!!!)
Ich gab noch den Einwand, das mein System mit 4x2GB rund läuft.. daraufhin sagte er das das gut sein könnte, denn die 2GBler bräuchten auch nicht: "grummel grummel high-*?!? irgendwas'".
Ich sollte einfach mal mit der SystemDVD booten und mit dem Systemprofiler von der CD das ganze anschauen..

Das ist der Aktuelle Stand der Ding. Ich poste, während ich ne Partition auf ner FireWire Platte frei räume um dann Mountain Lion zu installieren..[/I]
Daher schon mal meine Fragen.
1. Hat jemand ne Lösung?!? :-)
2. Wenn das System auf der FW-Platte ist und Läuft/Startet - normal oder im Abgesichertem Modus.. wonach soll ich suchen?!? Ich werde versuchen das Sytsem von Dort mit 16GB/32GB zu Starten nach dem Ausschlussprinzip zu schauen ob es am System liegt.. noch weitere Vorschläge?
3. Gibt es möglichkeiten Softwaretechnisch das Logic board zu prüfen?!?
4. Könnt Ihr mich aufklären? Was meinte der Mann mit High irgendwas.. also wo liegen die Unterschiede in den Anforderungen an das Board bezüglich 2GB und 8GB RAM Riegeln?!?
5. Braucht ihr noch weitere Infos?!? Wenn ja was?
