iMac mid2011 hängt sich bei iTunes auf?! Hilfe!

Hallo, ich habe Mitte Mail mir einen neuen iMac bestellt und war total begeistert. Doch ich hatte ein Problem. Jedes Mal wenn ich iTunes geöffnet habe, hat sich nach kurzer Zeit der iMac aufgehängt und ich musste ihn komplett ausschalten und neustarten.

Ich dachte mir vielleicht lag es an der SnowLeopart Installation und habe heute Lion aufgespielt.
Leider gab es keine Änderung, nach dem Öffnen von iTunes hängt der iMac.

Habt ihr Vorschläge? Was kann man machen?

Bitte um schnelle Hilfe, danke

Klingt nach Kernel Panic. Kommt da der viersprachige, grau hinterlegte Hinweis, dass du ihn abwürgen musst?

Falls ja: Geh mal in das Programm "Konsole", entweder über Spotlight suchen, oder aus den Dienstprogrammen starten. Dort findest du Crashlogs, die du dann hier posten solltest.

Nein, es kommt keine Meldung, es friert einfach alles ein. Soll ich trotzdem die Logs posten?

Hast du denn schonmal mit ⌥+⌘+⎋ versucht iTunes zu schließen, anstatt dem Ausschalten über das Knöpchen?
Besser macht das den Mac nämlich nicht.

CMD+ALT+ESC habe ich probiert, kommt nichts womit ich iTunes beenden kann. Die Tastenkombination meintest du doch, oder?

Also ich bin noch ein wenig neu im Mac-Business, hoffe natürlich dass ich alles richtig gemacht habe.
Habe wegen dem Grund (weil iTunes sich aufhängt) Lion komplett neu aufgesetzt. Festplatte gelöscht und Lion neu installiert, war das so richtig?

Dann mach mal einen neuen User, melde dich mit diesem an und überprüfe, ob das Problem dort auch auftritt. Falls ja kann man den neuen User auch problemlos wieder löschen...

Habe jetzt iTunes 10.4.1 raugespielt und auf dem ersten Blick ist das Problem behoben. iTunes ist noch nicht abgestürzt. hmm echt komisch, hatte bei SnowLeopard auch schon ein Update gemacht. Wird das denn jetzt so bleiben? oder geht es bei einem neuen Update nicht mehr? bin ein wenig verunsichert!
