Hallo zusammen,
das ist jetzt mein erster Auftritt im Forum und ich hoffe auf eine gute Zeit mit euch.
Jetzt aber auch gleich die erste Frage: Was kann ich gegen eine ständig wiederkehrende kernel panic unternehmen? Mein Book friert unter den unterschiedlichstenen Bedingungen recht häufig ein und ich weiss nun nicht genau, ob hier vielleicht ein Hardware-Fehler vorliegt. Ob Safari im Einsatz oder unter SymplyBurns brennen, Musik mit iTunes hören, kernel panic so weit das Auge reicht. Habe schon Applejack beauftragt, aber ist nicht ein Deut besser geworden. Festplattendienstprogramm habe ich übrigens auch bemüht. Da ich von meinem MBP eh schon recht enttäuscht bin, wäre Hilfe einfach erfrischend.
 
was hast du denn am rechner an peripherie angeschlossen?
 
Du hast noch Garantie, dann soll sich der Verkäufer, um deine Probleme kümmern. Das ist seine Pflicht.
 
Poste mal die letzten Einträge deines panic.log. Zu finden per Console.app oder für die hard Unixer per Terminal im Filesystem :-)
 
In dem Ordner /Programme/Dienstprogramme liegt das Programm Konsole (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app)...Öffnen und die Einträge der letzten Kernelpanic kopieren und hier posten

Verstehe nicht, was damit gemeint ist und wie ich vorgehen muss?
 
Also ich hab auch viele Probleme mit Kernelpanics gehabt. Solltest du Speicher dazugekauft haben der nicht von Apple kam, dann probiers mal ohne den. Ansonsten hast du ja in den ersten 90 Tagen kostenlosen Telefonsupport. Die gehen dann alles mit einem durch - bei mir war's allerdings ein Hardwaredefekt... Viel Erfolg. Ah, und manchmal hilft auch eine Neuinstallation des Systems...
