Hi.
Ich hatte exakt dasselbe Problem. Bei mir stürzten sowohl PhotoShop 7 als auch CS (8) sofort beim Start ab. Ein Reparieren der Zugriffsrechte nutzte ebensowenig wie das Löschen der Preferences im Ordner Benutzer->Library->Preferences.
Auch ein Löschen aller Komponenten und Neuinstallation als Superuser / Admin (root) ging nicht.
Ich habe dann bei CS mal genau hingeschaut, bis wohin das Programm beim Start geladen wurde. Bei mir warens irgendwelche TWAIN-Geschichten. Die habe ich dann im Programmordner einfach gelöscht und -tadaaaaa- das Programm funzt!:-D
Ich hoffe, bei Dir gehts ähnlich!
