Hallo Leute,

im letzter Zeit beginnt mein iMac damit immer Panic Resets durchzuführen.
Die Software wurde nun schon komplett neu aufgespielt, ich bin auch einige Dinge mit dem Apple Support durchgegangen allerdings alles ohne Erfolg.

Sonst keiner der hier helfen könnte ?
Das Problem existiert natürlich weiterhin, passiert aber auch meist erst wenn der iMac unter Last steht oder bei diversen Programmen (Zoom, mehrere Web Browser wo Videos laufen ....)

Hallo,

Panics sind fast immer Hardwaredefekte oder quasi Mittel des OS, nicht erlaubte Dinge nicht durchzuführen.

Allgemeine Handlungsempfehlungen:
-externe Hardware entfernen/abziehen.
Darauf achten, ob das Absturzverhalten auf eine bestimmte Komponente zurückzuführen sein könnte (insbes. externe Festplatten).
-Speicherfehler. Speicher unterschiedlich paarweise testen und gucken, ob sich ein Muster finden lässt. Das Tool rember könnte zum Testen verwendet werden, allerdings können Speicherfehler komplex und nicht leicht zu finden sein. Anfangsweise auf jeden Fall den hinzugefügten Speicher entfernen und mit dem RAM aus dem Lieferumfang starten, dann wie beschrieben.
-Software *ohne* Backup sauber neu installieren. Dann zusätzliche Software eine nach dem anderen bis zum Wiederauftreten installieren, dann bei Wiederauftreten bis zum Verschwinden des Fehlers einzeln deinstallieren.

Die Software wurde nun schon komplett neu aufgespielt
Software verursacht keine Kernel Panics, das hätte man sich sparen können. In der Regel sind es Laufwerksprobleme oder Hardwaredefekte.

Aufgrund der völlig unterschiedlichen Logs würde ich mit der Fehlersuche beim RAM anfangen.

Nein, das Programm lief nur gerade zufällig, war also Betroffener und nicht Ursache.

Wie schon erwähnt hat ganz zu Anfang alles auf ein Problem mit einem Audio-Gerät hingewiesen. Der zweite Bericht ist unbestimmt, deutet aber darauf hin, dass mit Absicht eine Diagnosefunktion zur Fehlersuche in macOS aufgerufen wurde. Dazu müsste man normalerweise cmd+cmd+Power drücken.

Sind zusätzliche Audio-Geräte angeschlossen? Das können auch drahtlose Kopfhörer etc. sein.

Wenn die Fehlermeldung in den Berichten wirklich dauernd wechselt, könnte tatsächlich RAM oder das Logicboard verantwortlich sein.
