Hey, mein drei tage altes mac book stürzt dauernd ab, wenn es sich neu gestartet hat bekomme ich folgende fehlermeldung:

Fangen wir mal mit dem einfachsten an, bei einem Alter von 3 Tagen sollte das ja noch relativ unkritisch möglich sein:

- Wie sieht es nach einer kompletten Neuinstallation/Recovery aus?

Wenn dann alles geht, hast du irgendwas installiert, was sich nicht mit dem System verträgt.

Das ist eine sogenannte Maschinenprüfung. Es ist zu befürchten, dass Prozessor oder RAM defekt sind.

Ich würde empfehlen, die Apple-Diagnose laufen zu lassen, um die Hardware zu überprüfen. (Rechner neu starten und Taste "D" halten, bis das Apple-Logo erscheint.)

Wenn tatsächlich ein Fehler gefunden wird, wird der Händler das Gerät sofort austauschen (falls vorrätig).

Hast Du das Gerät im Apple Store gekauft oder irgendwo online? Wenn ja, dann würde ich das Gerät zurückgeben und mir ein neues Gerät kaufen, das sollte ja völlig problemlos sein.

Wenn Du es bei Apple gekauft hast, natürlich anrufen, vielleicht tauschen die auch so.
