[Mac mini] Mid 2010 Mini braucht sehr lange für Anmeldung & Benutzerwechsel

Hallo Community!

Der MacMini meiner Eltern (Mid2010) ist sehr träge...Etre sagt Perfomance GOOD, aber das fühlt sich so gar nicht good an.
Vllt kann sich jemand mal Etre anschauen. Citrix kann ich leider nicht deinstallieren, das wird benötigt. TimeMachine-HDD wird erweitert. FlashPlayer muss man ja wohl oder über aktualisieren - danke vorab:

Für einen smarttest.
Etrecheck zeigt so nichts ungewöhnliches, außer das Spotlight gerade indiziert und das der Kernel task recht viel cpu braucht, aber das muss nichts bedeuten.
Die Performance Anzeige bei etrecheck bezieht sich nur auf die Zeitdauer die zur Erstellung des Berichtes gebraucht wurde, zeigt also nicht, ob der Rechner in Benutzung Probleme hat.
Unter einen vollkommen neu erstellten Benutzer, zeigen sich da auch die Probleme und/oder im safemode?
Bei letzterem werden bestimmte Erweiterungen nicht geladen und so könnte man feststellen, ob es an zusätzlichen installierten Erweiterungen liegt, zum Beispiel auch citrix
