MBP 13 mid 2012 i7er

Hallo liebe Apfeltalk Gemeinde,

ich habe seit ca. dem 15. Oktober ein problem mit meinem MBP.

Sobald mein Rechner an der Uni mit dem eduroam Netzwerk verbunden ist, ich es zuklappe und dann wieder aufklappe, kommt für 1 Sekunde das Anmeldefenster und dann geht es aus.

Es tut sich dann nichts mehr, erst wenn ich die Klappe unten abschraube den Akkustecker entferne 10 Sekunden warte kann ich es wieder anschalten.

Das passiert nur in der Uni, zuhause hatte ich nie das Problem.


Jetzt wollte ich wissen woran das liegen kann, ob jemand das gleiche Problem hat oder das es vllt. an einem Firmware Update oder so liegen könnte.

Die Apple Hotline war Überrascht das es sowas geben kann und konnten mir nicht weiterhelfen.
Termine im Apple Store sind auch eine Rarität und ich habe erst in 9 Tagen einen.

was du schilderst hört sich ziemlich komisch an.
Bist du auf dem neusten OSX und hast alle Updates installiert?
Evtl. liegt es auch an einem Programm das du vor dem 15. Okt installiert hast?!

Was mMn bestimmt hilft ist, das MBP neu aufzusetzen, aber das ist auch die zeitraubendste Variante,
wobei man danach ein superschnelles OS hat

mit eduroam hatte ich auch so meine Probleme, vor allem an Handys. Da will das nie so richtig.

danke für deine Antwort.
An einem Programm kann es nicht liegen, da ich seit dem mein Rechner zweimal neu aufgesetzt habe .

Es kann sein das meine Hardware iwie Probleme hat da das Gerät etwas älter ist oder es kann an einem Firmware Update liegen oder die haben was an Eduroam gemacht.

Heute war ich mit dem VPN Clienten verbunden da lief es tadellos.

Ich würde auch sagen, dass das stark nach Software-Problem klingt und nicht nach Hardware.

Wie hast du denn neu aufgesetzt?

Was zum testen praktisch ist...

…die vorhandenen Netzwerkeinstellungen löschen und neu anlegen, falls sich dort etwas verknäult hat.

...ist mal einen neuen User anlegen. Wenn die Probleme da nicht auftreten, dann hängt irgendetwas in deinem Profil, was die Probleme verursacht.

…eine frische OS X Installation - auch auf einer externen Platte - und nur dir Programme installieren, die du zum Testen benötigst.

Ich habe es so neu aufgesetzt:

Eine Direkte neuinstallation vom Festplattendienstprogramm war nicht möglich, habe vorher die Platte gelöscht dann via Internet-Recovery neu installiert.

Aus Mavericks wurde dann wieder Lion.

Unter Lion hatte ich das gleiche Problem es ging in der Uni aus.

Dann habe ich es erneut zurückgesetzt und Mavericks Installiert.
Gestern dann das gleiche, es ging aus.

Die Festplatte war in beiden fällen komplett leer, bis auf das OS

Ah, okay, dann hast du im Endeffekt, die Tests, die ich Ansprach schon durch.

Wenn das Problem unter zwei verschiedenen frischen Betriebssystemen auftritt, liegt es entweder an der Eduroam-Verbindung (und/oder der Einstellungen, die du dafür machen musst) oder die Wahrscheinlichkeit eines Hardware-Defektes ist gerade deutlich gestiegen.

Hast du schon mal NVRAM/PRAM und SMC resettet?

Gibt es denn noch Firmware-Updates für deinen Mac, die du noch nicht installiert hast?

Ja, ich dachte auch an Eduroam das komische ist aber dass ich der einzige bin der das problem hat.

Firmware Update kann man ja ganz normal über Appstore machen, oder?

Jau.

Und: ja, das ist schon alles ein bisschen mysteriös.

Da - wie gesagt - zwei frische unterschiedliche OS Xe den Fehler nicht beheben konnten, bleibt gar nicht mehr so viel als Fehlerquelle übrig.

Es _kann_ tatsächlich schnöde Koinzidenz gewesen sein; also dass zufällig mit einer anderen Änderung, die Hardware einen Schaden erlitten hat. Das macht die Fehlersuche dann auch entsprechend schwer, weil halt kein logischer Zusammenhang besteht.

Nein, es kann einfach sein, dass zufällig zur gleichen Zeit ein Hardware-Fehler aufgetreten ist.

Ich habe etwas weiter recherchiert und mal den Smart Utility laufen lassen.
auf der HDD kommen einige Fehler unten steht auch FAILED.

könnte es sein das es daran liegt?

@m1LLo wie kann ich denn die Konsoleneinträge sehen?
würde es gerne zeigen

In der Konsole, wie bereits vorgeschlagen, mal nachsehen was es für Einträge um die Uhrzeit des Fehlers/Ereignisses gibt ("Alle Meldungen" im linken Teil des Fensters markieren!). Auch mal im Suchfeld der Konsole "fail" und "error" eingeben, um Fehlerursachen auf den Grund zu gehen. (Falls nicht bekannt, wie die Konsole gestartet wird: Im Menü des Mac oben rechts auf die Lupe klicken und im Suchfeld "Konsole" eingeben oder über Programme --> Dienstprogramme --> Konsole.)

wobei ich nicht denke das dies das problem ist. da ich nach dem ersten mal kein Word installiert hatte.

dann gegen 11:15 habe ich noch einpaar Einträge da steht auch ab und an das wort "key" drin wollte mal fragen ob ich das bedenken los öffentlich machen kann, ohne das ich iwie gehackt werde ?

bezüglich der Smart Utility lade ich auch mal das Bild vom Fazit raus.

Ich würde mich jetzt erstmal um eine neue Platte kümmern und dann mit den anderen Fehlern weitermachen.

Hast du das Bild von Smart Utility gesehen habe es noch rein editiert.

ja ich schaue heute noch nach einer SSD.
Dachte iwie an eine Samsung SSD ist die zu empfehlen?

Achso, ja klar. Wenn eh keine Daten mehr drauf sind, erübrigt sich das Backup.

SSDs werden häufig Crucial und Samsung genannt, aber dafür gibt es hier extra einen Sammelthread, der mehr Fragen zum Thema beantwortet, als man je haben kann…

Zu der SSD:
Hatte die Samsung 830 mit 128 GB im Einsatz, jetzt die 840 EVO mit 250 GB. Mit beiden super Erfahrungen gemacht und nur wegen dem Speicherplatz die neue gekauft.

Probier es am besten danach nochmal mit einem clean install ( ich bevorzugen vom USB stick) und schau ob die Probleme noch da sind.

PS: Hätte du 830/128 GB noch hier falls du Interesse hast?

ich brauche aber mind. eine 256 bzw. 250.
da ich um die 150GB Texturen habe die ich immer bei mir haben möchte.
aber so wie ich verstanden habe kann man ja 2 SSD´s bzw. Festplatten einbauen sobald man CD Laufwerk ausbaut.
könnte also interessant sein
schick mir mal ne Nachricht woher du kommst und was du haben möchtest vllt. lässt sich das ja einrichten.
