[MacBook Pro] MBP 13" 2019 - Startet selbstständig neu

Mahlzeit,

Ich habe seit einiger Zeit immer mal wieder das Problem, das wenn ich das MacBook stationär nutze es sich selbst Neustarten.

Das ganze passiert nur wenn ich es am Ladegerät lasse und es einige Zeit nicht nutze, dann habe ich das Problem das ich zum Beispiel nach ca. 1 Stunde zurück am Schreibtisch bin und auf einmal ist das MacBook neugestartet.
Ich merke es nur daran das es mich nach dem Passwort fragt und nicht nur den Fingerabdruck möchte und dasd z.B. meine Tabs im Safari weg sind oder eben Word Excel etc. mit einem Leeren Dokument auf mich warten.

Nach den es mir 2-3 Passiert ist habe ich auf jeden Fall das Zwischenspeichern für mich entdeckt, aber das ist ja nicht die Lösung.

Kennt jemand das Problem und hat evtl. eine Lösung für mich wie ich das Problem abstellen kann?

Also wird ein LOG generiert? Wenn ja - dann diesen kopieren und hier rein posten - sonst ist schwer das Ganze ein zu kreisen...

Nein das passiert leider nicht.
Ich bekommen keinerlei Meldung, es ist einfach als hätte ich den Mac gerade gestartet und noch nicht genutzt.

Mir scheint, da ist in MacOS noch irgendwo der Wurm drin. Ich habe das selbe Problem, vorallem wenn sich das MacBook Pro schlafen legt, während Thunderbolt Peripherie angeschlossen ist.

Dann habe ich mal versucht nachzuvollziehen wann genau das Problem auftritt und ob ich es Reproduzieren kann.
@Thaddäus Danke für deinen Tipp und zwar genau dann habe ich das Problem auch, aber nicht immer.
Ich hatte es bisher wenn ich Geladen habe noch nicht, oder nicht bemerkt.
Aber wenn ich meine Docs anschließe habe ich das Problem immer wieder, wenn das Macbook einschläft und ich es aufwecke hat es sich einfach neugestartet.

Ich habe das Problem mit all meinen Docs.
Da wäre ein Doc von Dodocool dann ein LAN Adapter von Yosh und ein Doc von Ebay mit USB-C und HDMI welches mein Doc für zu Hause ist.
Problem Tritt mit allen auf.

Über jeden Tipp wäre ich Dankbar.

Habe ich gemacht hilft leider nichts.
Aber ist denn irgendwo in den Anderen Punkten eine Auffälligkeit?

Weil wenn alles io ist und eure nur die Festplatte nicht lesen kann würde ich dafür einfach noch nen anderes Tool suchen.

Mahlzeit,

Ich habe jetzt noch einmal einiges getestet und musste Feststellen das dieses Problem ausschließlich mit einem Billigen Dock auftritt.
Wenn ich das MacBook mit dem Originalen Ladegerät betreibe also ohne Dock läuft er durch, jedoch ist dann auch kein Monitor angeschlossen, jedoch würde ich den als Auslöser ausschließen.

Kann mir Jemand von euch ein gutes Dock empfehlen?
Am liebsten wäre mir einer der am MacBook anliegt, Space Gray wäre auch schön.
Anschlüsse benötige ich folgende: USB, USB-C, HDMI und SD Kartenleser.

Auch wenn es nicht anliegt, hab ich dieses mal zum testen bestellt https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07WYD88M6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 und es funktioniert ohne Probleme.
Hängt an einem MacBook Air 2019 und das Ladegerät hängt am HUB.
