Magic Mouse ruckelt und hakt

Hallo, seit Wochen ruckelt und hakt meine Magic Mouse. Das betrifft sowohl die Zeigerbewegung wie auch das Scrollen. Man mal scrollt die Maus erst eine Sekunde später.
Angeschlossen ist die Maus an einem Macbook Pro 13" Mid 2012. Verbunden über Ethernet. Dell Monitor über Thunderbolt angeschlossen und die Wireless Tastatur ist angeschlossen, welche überhaupt keine Probleme macht.
Lief bis vor Wochen auch immer alles problemlos. Es hat sich nichts geändert.

Mit dem eingebauten Trackpad ist alles wie gewohnt flüssig.

Ich habe schon so einiges ausprobiert aber alles gab keine Besserung:
Linse gereinigt.
Voll geladene Akkus verwendet
Andere Magic Mouse mit Batterien getestet
Alle Bluetooth Geräte gelöscht und neu verbunden
Andere Unterlage verwendet
Neustart von Maus und Macbook

Ich weiß echt nicht mehr voran es liegen könnte, zumal sich ja überhaupt nichts verändert hat.

Ich hoffe ihr habt noch einen Rat für mich.

Dann wäre das Problem doch aber bei einer anderen Maus nicht mehr vorhanden oder? Dies habe ich ja bereits ausprobiert, leider ohne Erfolg.
Auch das scrollen geht ja sehr hakelig.

Ich kann mich an einen anderen Thread erinnern wo ein ähnliches Problem allerdings mit Tastatur + Maus + Magic Trackpad entstanden ist. Konnte nicht gelöst werden.
Meine Vermutung: Der Bluetooth-Stack / USB-Host-Controllerverwaltung wurde in Yosemite verändert und das nicht gerade zum Positiven.

Nachweisen das es daran liegt? Mavericks booten und nachsehen ob das Problem immer noch auftritt!

Habe dasselbe Problem unter El Capitan, allerdings nicht immer. Das Verhalten der Maus reicht von unauffällig bis unbrauchbar.

Genau die gleichen Probleme habe ich auch.
Sonst bin ich nicht so und löse meine Computerprobleme selbst. Diesmal weiß ich wirklich nicht mehr weiter.

Ich hoffe nicht, dass ich es überlesen habe, aber funktioniert denn die ruckelige Maus an einem anderen Rechner einwandfrei? Dann könnte man nämlich zunächst feststellen, ob es an der Maus oder am Rechner liegt.

Folgende Dinge fallen mir auch noch ein:

- Hat sich der Untergrund evtl. geändert?
- Gibt es irgendwelche Störquellen, welche das Bluetooth-Signal stören könnten? Am Einfachsten könnt Ihr das probieren, wenn Ihr MacBook nehmt und mal zu nem Kumpel geht samt Maus. Wenn es dort geht, dann könnte es irgendeine Störquelle in Eurer Wohnung sein

@Trickfilmmobil Sag mal wie viele Adblocker hast Du denn im Safari installiert? [emoji4] Da reicht ein guter, da braucht man nicht mehrere...

Bzgl. der Maus... Der Untergrund meines Schreibtisches hat sich seit 7 Jahren nicht verändert und ich habe auch schon:

• andere Magic Mouse ausprobiert... hackelt weiter.
• Clean Install von El Capitain... hackelt weiter
• Downgrade auf Yosemite... hackelt weiter
• System Management Controller (SMC) zurьckgesetzt...hackelt weiter
• NVRAM zurьckgesetzt...hackelt weiter
• neue Akkus...hackelt weiter
• neue Batterien...hackelt weiter
• Alufolie an Kontakte...hackelt weiter
• Pappe auch Akkus/ Batterien...hackelt weiter
• Maus gesäubert...hackelt weiter
• Bluetooth an/ aus...hackelt weiter
• meine beiden Thunderbolt Displays abgehängt... hackelt NICHT MEHR
• meine beiden Thunderbolt Displays abgehängt..hackelt weiter

Ich nutze AdBlock Plus (https://adblockplus.org/de/).

Das scheint also offensichtlich an den Thunderbolt Displays zu liegen dann, oder nicht? Wenn Du sogar schon eine Neuinstallation vorgenommen UND die Maus ausgewechselt hast?

Wieso? Schmeiß doch die Magic Mouse weg und hol dir das Magic Trackpad. Da kann die Mouse nicht dagegen anstinken... Deswegen einen neuen Rechner zu kaufen wäre ja auch Overkill [emoji4]

Ja aber Maus und trackpad schließen sich doch gegenseitig aus. Ich hab ne nagelneue Magic Mouse rumstehen. Hab ich nie benutzt - das Trackpad des MacBook Pro allein ist schon genial. Wenn Du dann noch das externe nimmst, bleibt für die Maus kein Platz mehr.

Hallo Forum,

Ich habe ein ähnliches Problem und wollte keinen neuen Threat aufmachen.

Ich habe einen Mac Mini Late 2014 der mit einem Magic Keyboard und einer Magic Mouse 2 betrieben wird.
Der Mac mit Monitor stehen auf dem Schreibtisch. Zusätzlich habe einen Tv an den Mac als 2. Monitor angeschlossen.
Wenn ich am Schreibtisch sitze funktioniert die Maus problemlos.

Wenn ich allerdings am TV arbeite sitze ich ca 2 Meter mit der Maus und Tastatur vom Mac weg.
Da habe ich das Problem das die Maus nicht immer reagiert. Bzw wenn ich den Mauszeiger bewege reagiert er mal, mal reagiert er nicht oder nur sehr träge.
Dieses Problem besteht seitdem ich auf Sierra Upgraded habe. Unter el Capitain könnte ich am TV arbeiten ohne solche Mausprobleme.

Jemand ne Idee Wandas sein könnte?

Habe das Ruckelproblem mit meinem neuen Mac Mini 2018. Vorher am Mac Pro 2009 gab es sie nicht. Außerdem gibt es Probleme mit Bildaussetzern. Nachdem ich das HDMI-Kabel entfernt und durch ein Displayportkabel via USB-C Adapter ersetzt habe scheinen die besagten Probleme gelöst zu sein.
