Hallo,

bei meinem MacBook Pro (Juni 2012) dauert alles ein bisschen länger und das Arbeiten macht keine spaß mehr:
Beim Start von Programmen (Apple eigene und Fremdprogramme) dauert es sehr lange und der "bunte Ball" wird regelmäßig angezeigt. Beispiel: Nach einem klick auf ein Symbol in den Systemeinstellung dauert es ca 5-10 Sekunden bis sich etwas öffnet, in der Zwischenzeit wird der bunte Ball angezeigt.

Was ich schon gemacht habe:
- macOs ist auf dem neusten Stand (10.12.2), eine Neuinstallation wurde schon durchgeführt.
- Die Festplatte wurde vom Festplattendiensprogramm schon zweimal erfolgreich durchgecheckt.
- Beim Hardware Test kam nichts raus.
- Neuer Account angelegt; auch hier tritt das Problem aus
- im sicheren Modus gestartet; auch hier tritt das Problem auf
- SMART Utility Test: bestanden

Du hattest ja adware drauf, die scheint entfernt worden zu sein, geht es jetzt besser?
Und diverse Programme hängen ja, hier wären die hanglogs interessant

Das entfernen der Adware hat nichts gebracht.
Die "hängenden" Programme sind, da macOS Programme, selbstverständlich auf dem aktuellsten Stand. Safari, Finder, Systemeinstellungen etc. ...

nach Kabel sieht es nicht aus, aber Du hast zuviele Parkvorgänge. Empfehlung anstelle von den in den Threads genannten Tools der Einbau einer SSD. Die Technik verhilft dem Mac zu neuem Leben. Unbedingte Empfehlung, kostet auch fast nichts mehr.
