[10.14 Mojave] MacBook stürzt häufig einfach ab.

Hallo zusammen,
Seit November habe ich diese "Absturzproblem". Der Mac hängt sich auf, der Bildschirm wird schwarz und zeigt kurz darauf das Einschaltzeichen im Hintergrund an und dort steht "Ihr Computer wurde aufgrund eines Problems neugestartet. Drücken sie eine beliebige Taste oder warten sie einige Sekunden um den Computer neuzustarten" Ebenfalls sind chinesische Zeichen zusehen.
Ich hatte ihn deswegen schon eingeschickt, weil er sich kontinuierlich aufgehängt hatte (also ist hochgefahren, hat sich aufgehängt und ist direkt wieder abgestürzt". Leider konnte Apple kein Problem feststellen. Danach habe ich mein BackUp wieder installiert und direkt hat er sich wieder aufgehängt.
Also habe ich mit dem Apple Support telefoniert, aber auch dort habe ich keine adäquate Hilfe gefunden. Sie sagten ich solle mal dokumentieren wann er abstürzt und welche Programme dabei geöffnet sind. Allerdings waren zu den Absturzzeiten immer unterschiedliche Programme offen, weshalb man keinen Rückschluss ziehen konnte.
Ich habe jetzt nochmal das Mojave Combo Update installiert und noch während des Neustarts nach Installation hatte er wieder das Problem.
Ich habe jetzt EtreCheck installiert und den Fehlercode scannen lassen.

Tja erst mal das übliche Programm probieren:

Total Antivirus runterwerfen.

In Systemeinstellungen - Nutzer - einen neuen User mit Admin-Berechtigung erstellen.

Damit starten, schauen ob das Problem beseitigt ist.

Der Beschreibung nach könnte es auch fehlerhafter Arbeitsspeicher sein. Um das zu prüfen, den Rechner neu starten, sofort die Taste „D“ drücken und den intensiven Test auswählen, dauert dann zwei Stunden.

Das Total AV ist schon länger nicht mehr drauf. Nachdem ich mit dem Apple Support telefoniert habe und mir Gesetz wurde dass dies nicht notwendig sei, habe ich es gleich wieder deinstalliert und gelöscht.

Den "Problem-Scan" mit der Taste "D" habe ich gestern schonmal durchgeführt und heute Morgen noch einmal, jedoch konnte kein Problem festgestellt werde.

Ich habe nun nochmal den VPN-Client (Cisco Any Connect) deinstalliert, und schaue ob es nun besser ist. Falls das nicht der Fall sein sollte werde ich mich nochmal melden.

Der macOS-Fehlerbericht (für den man kein EtreCheck braucht), sagt eigentlich ganz klar, dass ein technisches Problem mit der SSD vorliegt. Möglicherweise ist die SSD defekt und muss ausgetauscht werden.

Wenn Marcel Bresink das als ausgewiesener Experte sagt, kann man davon ausgehen, dass das stimmt. Er bezieht sich vermutlich direkt auf diese Stelle, die einen Fatal Error meldet, festgestellt durch den IONVMeController, der kontrolliert die NVMe-Schnittstelle zur SSD.

Wundert mich nur, dass Apple da nichts gefunden hat (oder finden wollte). Vielleicht wollen sie das Problem ja um ein paar Wochen verschleppen. Bei einem 13"-Gerät aus 2017 kommt nämlich eventuell noch die Gewährleistung in Betracht (zwar hast Du inzwischen die Beweislast, aber bei einer internen, verlöteten SSD sind ja Deine Möglichkeiten des Eingriffs sehr gering.).
