MacBook Pro nach Neuinstallation total langsam

Moin Leute,

ich hatte mein MacBook gestern neuinstalliert und nach dem Update auf MacOs Sierra 10.12.5 ist das gute Stück sehr langsam geworden, es hackt und lädt zwischendrin einfach mal, sogar wenn man auf einer Website auf und abscrollen will.

Da ich mich mit den MacBooks leider nicht auskenne hoffe ich das ich hier nun etwas Hilfe bekomme

Ich habe das MacBook A1502 mit der 128 GB SSD und dem 2,6GHZ i5 Prozessor und 8GB Ram.

Über ein Paar Tipps wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Hallo und willkommen im Forum!

Also erstens scheint es so als ob die Installation (bisher) nicht sauber abgeschlossen wurde. Laut Diagnostics Information in EtreCheck ist die Installer-App auch mal gecrasht.

Zweitens ist das System auch noch mit der Spotlight-Indizierung beschäftigt.

Mit der Installation von VirtualBox ist möglicherweise auch etwas nicht 100% in Ordnung. Angeblich werden manche ausführbaren Teile nicht gefunden. Und bei den Diagnostics Information gibt es auch eine Meldung dazu.

Grundsätzlich ist ein frisches System erst mal langsamer als ein "eingefahrenes", da die ganzen Caches erst mal aufgebaut werden müssen.

Summa summarum, würde ich erst in die Recovery Umgebung starten (Neustart mit CMD+R), das Start-Volume mit der Erste Hilfe-Funktion des Festplattendienstprogramms prüfen/reparieren und danach macOS über die bestehende Installation noch mal drüber installieren, um sicher zu sein, dass alles vollständig abgeschlossen ist.

Wenn alles fertig ist, würde ich mich noch mal um die VB-Installation kümmern. D.h. gemäß Herstelleranleitung vollständig deinstallieren und danach neu installieren.

Hey danke erstmal für die Antwort, ich habe alles so gemacht wie du es gesagt hast, allerdings bekomme ich VirtualBox nicht mehr deinstalliert, ich hatte die Anwendung schon in den Papierkorb geschoben und gelöscht, jetzt steht bei google jedoch das man genau die Dmg Datei zum deinstallieren braucht, denn in dem Ordner soll eine uninstall Datei liegen welchem an ausführen muss,...

gehe ich recht der Annahme das mir jetzt wohl nur noch ein Clean Install helfen wird? (Das Os Sierra auf die Externe Festplatte, die bootfähig machen und dann alles komplett neuinstallieren?) Bin grade einfach überfragt weil ich das Programm nicht gelöscht bekomme..

Hab es jetzt geschafft VirutalBox komplett zu deinstallieren

Du kannst versuchen die aktuelle Version zu installieren und dann die Deinstallation starten

Also kurzes Update, nach der Deinstallation von VirtualBox ist das MacBook schon etwas schneller geworden, allerdings hackt es noch ab und zu an stellen wo es meiner Meinung nach sonst nicht gehackt hat, könnte da dann dieser clean Install helfen, das ich alles lösche und das System von der Externen Festplatte aus neuinstalliere?

Du kannst es natürlich auch mit einem Clean Install versuchen, aber normalerweise ist das unnötig viel Arbeit und auch nicht unbedingt zielführend. Aber auf dem Rechner scheint eh noch nicht viel drauf zu sein.

Aber wie gesagt, auch dann wir der Rechner eine Weile brauchen, um einzulaufen.

Bevor du dir die Arbeit machst, halte ich es für sinnvoll die Hardware zu checken. Also den Apple Hardware Test laufen zu lassen und vielleicht zusätzlich noch den RAM zu testen.
