ich bin bei meiner Suche auf dieses Forum gestoßen und hoffe das jemand mir einen Tip geben kann warum mein Macbook
so schrecklich langsam geworden ist.

Das Dateisystem ist defekt, das solltest du reparieren. ( das kannst du von der Recovery Partition oder einem externen Medium aus erledigen.
Avira solltest du auch deinstallieren, das ist nur nebenbei erwähnt für jeden Fehler gut, auch für einen langsam laufenden rechner( das ist mit das harmloseste, was der Müll anstellen kann)..,

Übrigens Willkommen im Forum

anschliessend solltest Du auch einen Hardwaretest machen. Ein defekter Sensor oder ein kaputter Akku (oder als so erkannter) reduzieren auch die Systemgeschwindigkeit.

Zur Hardwarefehler Meldung, hast du mal den Akku gewechselt, wenn ja, dann liegt es daran und du kannst den Fehler ignorieren.

Ja genau...das hab ich mal vor ca 2 Jahren gemacht...
Mir ist beim Arbeitsspeicher etwas aufgefallen...
In meinem müsste laut Apple ein 1066 MHz rein, ich habe aber ein 1333 MHz verbaut.

Im Normalfall nicht, da abwärtskompatibel (siehe https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3333325 oder https://de.ifixit.com/Antworten/Ansehen/150454/1333Mhz+RAMs+working+on+late+2009+unibody+MacBook oder google). Wenn du RAM Probleme hättest, dann würde es in den meisten Fällen zu einem System Freeze oder Absturz kommen. Hast du das aktuellste EFI installiert (https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT201518)?

Hast du denn bereits das Dateisystem repariert?
Ansonsten lass dir entweder in etrecheck den smart Report anzeigen oder teste die Platte mal mit dem SmartUtility https://www.volitans-software.com und lass dir alle Attribute anzeigen.

Ja hatte ich wie beschrieben gemacht und den Eure Check weiter oben nochmal gepostet...
Hab jetzt auch nochmal SmartUtility laufen lassen

Besser wäre es wenn du alle Attribute anzeigen lässt, aber was zu sehen ist, sind die CRC Fehler, die weisen in der Regel auf ein defektes Anschlusskabel hin.
