Hallo Zusammen,
das Macbook einer Freundin hat folgendes Problem (Macbook Pro 13 von 2016). Es ist sehr langsam geworden, Lüfter läuft auf Maximaldrehzahl (dies habe ich mit Mac Fan Control runter gestellt). Habe schon eigentlich alles ausprobiert, was man an Tipps finden kann. (bis auf Eingriffe in die Systemdatei, da ich mich damit nicht auskenne und dies auch nicht ungefährlich ist) . Der Mac lief noch auf safari. Wie gesagt alles probiert, über recovery modus safari neu aufgespielt, vorher mit Time Machine ein back up erstellt, der Mac war also komplett leer, System aufspielen dauerte sehr lange, klappte aber, das Problem blieb. Gestern eigentlich schon aufgegeben, habe den Mac einmal aufgeschraubt, und geschaut ob vielleicht ein Kabel locker ist, da war aber alles in Ordnung, auch so gut wie kein Staub vorhanden gewesen, alles noch mit einem Pinsel vorsichtig gereinigt und wieder zugeschraubt. Dann dachte ich mir noch ich klopfte mit der Hand ein wenig gegen das Mac, machte den Displaydeckel langsam ein paar Mal auf und zu, stellte ihn erstmal hin. Nach ein paar Minuten nochmal geschaut, auf einmal lief problemlos. Was mir auffiel ist das bei der Lüfter App auf einmal noch 4 weitere Sensor Temparaturwerte angezeigt wurden. Habe dann auf Catalina problemlos aktualisiert, Time Machine Back Up drauf gespielt, alles lief super. Heute Morgen aufgeklappt und er hatte wieder das alte Problem. Kernel_Task ist permanent bei ca. 250%.
Hier anbei mal die Fehlermeldungen vom apple Hardwaretest und dann noch von Etre Ceck. Vielleicht kann mir hier jemand helfen. Ach ja, die Kamera geht definitiv nicht, diese ging auch gestern, als er wieder normal lief nicht. Vielen Dank schon mal für Eure Hilfe!
