• 27 Zoll, Mitte 2011
• Prozessor 2,7 GHz Intel Core i5
• Speicher 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
• Grafikkarte AMD Radeon HD 6770M 512 MB
• Software OS X 10.9.3 (13D65)

Der in unregelmässigen abständen Freezed.
Auf jedenfalls Freezed er wenn ich Video anschaue also irgend einen Stream.

Nein. Wie erwähnt ist ein absoluter Cleaninstall.

Hast Du die Möglichkeit, den RAM mal zu tauschen?

Ansonsten ist die Grafikkarte noch ein Kandidat als Fehlerverursacher.

Hab den RAM mal in einen anderen Slot gesetzt aber das hat nicht geholfen. Auf neuen RAM warte ich noch. Wenn die GK hinüber ist wird das verdammt teuer.

So folgende Updates:
Ausgewechselt:
HDD -> SSD --> Keine starke Verschmutzung der Lüfter und Kühlkörper
RAM tausch gegen 2x8GB

Windows 7 per Bootcamp installiert -> Läuft ohne Freez oder ähnliches: Spiele /Benchmarks laufen Stundenlang ohne Fehler.
Grafikkarten Memory Stress test -> ohne Fehler.

OS X 10.9.4 Freezes auf dem Desktop/ in Spielen und beim Video schauen.

Jetzt erklär mir einer dieses Pradoxon.

Als Tip, immer nur eine Sache tauschen/testen. Das erleichtert die Fehlereingrenzung. Ich glaube, es war der RAM.

Ich hab immer nur eine Sache getauscht und das System mit SSD neu installiert: freeze.

Dann wurde der RAM getauscht: Freeze.

Laut Hardwaretest ist alles OK und die Grafikkarten Tests unter Windows zeigen auch keine Fehler.

Einen SMC-Reset hast Du auch gemacht?

Treten die Abstürze nur beim Streamen in Chrome oder auch in Safari auf?

Da der SMC Reset einfach nur vom Strom nehmen und die Einschalttaste drücken ist: Ja.
Also die Abstürze treten in unregelmässigen abständen auf aber auf jeden fall wenn ich Videos schaue, egal welcher Browser.
Auch wenn ich ein Spiel starte stürzt er irgendwann ab. Was merkwürdig ist, ist dass die Framerate Konstant hoch ist vor den abstützen.
Der Grafikspeicher scheint aber laut test keine Fehler zu haben.

Auch unter 10.6 treten diese Freezes auf.

Noch Garantie drauf (Apple Care)?

Ich würde das Gerät aber so oder so mal vorzeigen, auch wenn es kostenpflichtig ist. Zumindest mal prüfen lassen. Klingt nach nem Hardwaredefekt. Da Du den RAM ausschließen kannst und die Platte auch bleibt ja nur noch Board oder Graka.

Welcher Arbeitsspeicher ist z. Zt. in dem Rechner verbaut; Hersteller/Typ?

Ansonsten: Zum Testen BS auf eine ext. Festplatte aufspielen und Rechner von dieser starten, prüfen, ob er damit immer noch einfriert.

Apple Care Nein -> Garantie nein.
Verbaut war voher ein 4GB Modul von Ramaxel.
Jetzt sind 2x 8B von ADATA verbaut. 1333MHz. PC3-10600
Bei Freunden laufen die im gleichen Model ohne Probleme.

Wie soll ich denn OS X auf ne externe Festplatte installieren?Selbst mit rEfi bekommt man das doch gar nicht gebootet?!

Hab gehört man kann die Grafikkarte von 2011 auch in einen 2009er einbauen. Denke werde das mal ausprobieren.

Das werd ich nicht machen. Hab dafür 550€ gezahlt und werd unserem ASP oder besser gesagt Gauner nicht weitere 500€ für etwas geben was ich selbst tauschen kann.

Hab die Grafikkarte jetzt ausgebaut und in einen iMac Late 2009 eingebaut. Läuft wie geschmiert!!!!
Kein Stocken kein Freez.

Abstürze auch unter Yosemite

Hab jetzt mal das Board auseinander gebaut, alles runter was ab geht.
Board gebacken. Alles wieder drauf. Wärmeleitpaste erneuert.

Leider immer noch abstütze.

In der Konsole tauchen ca. 2 Min vor Absturz keine Ereignisse mehr auf.
Apple Hardwaretest hilft auch nicht weiter.

Jemand noch irgend ne Idee wie ich den Fehler weiter einkreisen kann?

Den ADATA 3rd-Party Speicherschrammel endlich durch vernünftigen Arbeitsspeicher eines bewährten OEM Herstellers ersetzen, z.B.

Dein Argument, "Freunde haben den auch, da funktioniert der!" trifft auf 3rd-Party Ware leider, wenn überhaupt, nur sehr eingeschränkt zu. Kann funktionieren, muss aber nicht – gerade auch bei iMacs.
