iMac late 2013 27" stürzt immer ab

Hallo zusammen,

mein iMac 27" (late 2013) stürzt ziemlich oft ab. Ist nicht anwendungsspezifisch, egal ob Youtube, Musik machen mit Logic, etc. Ich habe den Verdacht, dass es die zwei 8 GB RAM-Module sind, die nicht original Apple sind. Wurden mir aber vom "Fachpersonal"(?) im Media Markt als absolut kompatibel verkauft.

Ich hänge hier mal den Fehlerbericht mit rein. Kennt sich jemand damit aus?

Was heißt denn abstürzen? Kommt eine Fehlermeldung oder ähnliches? War das denn vor dem Einbau des RAM schon so?

Eine genaue Bezeichnung des RAM könntest du bitte noch posten.

Lässt sich doch ganz einfach gegenprüfen:

Alten RAM wieder einbauen und schauen, ob er stabil läuft.

Dann ist es der Mediaramsch RAM.

eine Fehlermeldung kommt nicht.
Und, ich habe den Mac von Anfang an so konfiguriert.
Ob es tatsächlich am RAM liegt weiß ich ja nicht. Deshalb habe ich ja den Absturzbericht beigefügt. Kann jemand damit etwas anfangen?

Sind diese Abstürze von Anfang an? Originalen Ram, falls vorhanden, einbauen und testen. Ansonsten irgendwelche Festplatten o.ä. dran?
Irgendeine Software installiert die nicht auf den Mac gehört wie z.B. Virenscanner, Systemoptimierer?
