imac late 2012 - "Mikro Ruckler" nach SSD einbau

Hi zusammen,

ich habe meinem iMac von 2012 eine SSD verpasst.
Hab die alte interne HDD ersetzt.
Vorher die alte HDD mir Carbon Copy Cleaner auf die neue SSD geklont.

Auf den ersten Blick hat alles super geklappt.
Leider friert jetzt häufig für den Bruchteil einer Sekunde das Bild ein und es kommt (egal in welchem Programm) zu einem kleinen Ruckler.
Wie wenn der Rechner für den Bruchteil einer Sekunde stehenbleibt.

Weiß jemand woran das liegen kann?
Hilft hier eventuell ein Clean Install und dann ein einspielen eines Time Machine Backups?

wenn das eine nichts mit dem anderen zu tun hat, eher nicht. Oder andersherum formuliert - Autovergleiche sind toll! - wenn man noch nicht mitbekommen hat, dass man ein Auto mit Ottomotor betanken muss, muss man in dem Fall des "fährt nicht mehr!" nicht ein auf ein anderes Auto wechseln!

Mehr Details wären wichtig, wie Du auch schon selbst feststellst, als Du nach

Als allererstes musst Du mal schreiben, was für ein macOS Du einsetzt. Was für eine SSD? Ist das eine externe SSD oder wurde diese intern verbaut (da kann man einiges kaputtmachen)? Ist die Quelle für die geklonte SSD ausgebaut (=Festplatte?)?

Dann würde ich die Dienstprogramme/Konsole mit "alle Meldungen" öffnen und offen lassen/beobachten, bis so ein Ruckler auftritt. Finden sich dann in den Meldungen 1-2s vorher bis 1-2s danach Fehler? Vielleicht postest Du diese dann mal hier?
Gut wäre auch, das Programm EtreCheck von www.etrecheck.com herunterzuladen, ihm Festplattenvollzugriff in Einstellungen/Sicherheit/Datenschutz zu geben, es laufen zu lassen und den Bericht dann hier zu posten.

Ich poste hier mal den report, weil ich damit nicht viel anfangen kann

Gerade mit der Partitionierung der SSD bin ich sehr unsicher.
Ich hab
* eine SSD mit 2TB (die neue, die die HDD ersetzt hat)
* die kleine SSD aus dem Fusion drive, die fest verbaut ist

hm, überschlagen haben sich die Kolleginnen und Kollegen ja nicht gerade mit Hinweisen...

1. Deine Speicherbestückung. Erstaunlich, dass sie überhaupt läuft, des entspricht nicht dem, was man machen sollte. Man sollte bankweise identischen Speicher für Dual-Channel-Betrieb verbauen. In Deinem Fall könntest Du also ein weiteres baugleiches 8GB-Modul hinzustecken.

Dasselbe gilt für Silverlight, nur war das deutlich kürzer auf der Welt. Da sind Sicherheitslücken drin, man kann sich quasi als gehackt betrachten, nur weil man damit surft. Runter damit!
Runtermachen würde ich übrigens auch die Adobe PDF-Viewer-Software. In 99,9% aller Fälle funktioniert die Vorschau.app viel mehr Mac-like und flotter.
3. Kernel Panics. Abstürze des Macs, fast immer wegen Hardwaredefekten.

Das kann man bekommen, wenn man Laufwerke angeschlossen hat, die nicht in angemessener Zeit auf das Mac-Powermanagement reagieren, z.B. wegen eines Defekts.
4. Die Performance-Probleme würde ich den zum Zeitpunkt der Inventarisierung laufenden
-photoanalysisd (kann auch Tage laufen, Gesichts-, Ortserkennung von Fotos.app sowie die Erstellung von Rückblicken, warum auch immer)
-Backup
anlasten. EtreCheck moniert zwar auch geringe SSD-Performance, was Grund für die Mikroruckler sein könnte, aber wenn Backup und photoanalysisd laufen, dann hat der Mac halt zu tun und es kann kein guter Testwert herauskommen. Ich würde sagen, das ist ein Henne-Ei-Problem und die schlechte Performance zumindest zu dem aufgezeichneten Zeitpunkt liegt nicht zwangsläufig an der Hardware.

Noch etwas zur Ergänzung:
Hast du nach der Neueinrichtung den NVRAM gelöscht? Das ist nach einer Neueinrichtung dringend zu empfehlen, da sich nach einer Neueinrichtung u. U. korrupte Daten in dem Speicher befinden können. Desweiteren würde ich mal in die Aktivitätsanzeige (Dienstprogramme) gucken, ob nicht ein Amok-laufender Task die CPU einbremst. Dazu klickst du in der App auf den Reiter %CPU und stellst ihn so ein. dass die maximale Auslastung sich ganz oben befindet. Falls es da eine Bremse gibt lässt sich das so gut orten.
