Abriss sämtlicher Verbindungen

Hallo Zusammen,

seit einiger Zeit reißt während einer Videokonferenz mit Zoom regelmäßig die komplette Verbindung zu sämtlicher drahtlosen Peripherie und zur Videokonferenz ab. Das macOS hängt aber nicht komplett. Plötzlich keine Verbindung mehr zur Webcam (Aukey über USB), Magic BT Keyboard, Magic BT Mouse, Magic BT Trackpad, WLAN und LAN. Die eingebaute Tastatur und Trackpad funktionieren. Ich muss dann komplett neu starten damit alles wieder funktioniert. (Was als Referent ziemlich doof ist). In Konferenzsystemen wie BigBlueButton kommt das nicht vor.

Hat jemand eine Idee woran das liegen kann ?

Nutze ein Macbook pro (mid 2015) mit Big Sur (aktuell), alle Hard- und Software ist auf aktuellem Stand. An dem einen USB Anschluss hängt ein LAN Adapter (bin über LAN unD WLAN im gleichen Netz drin). Am anderen USB Anschluss ist ein aktiver HUB mit zwei Aukey Webcams, Drucker, ext. HDD. Weiterhin ein externer LG Monitor per Thunderbold/HDMI und Headset per Miniklinke.

Das darf kein Grund dafür sein, dass alle Verbindungen abreißen.

Du könntest in der Konsole.app nachsehen, ob zum fraglichen Zeitpunkt interessante Meldungen geloggt wurden.

Ich hab mal in der Konsole.app nachgeschaut, werde aber nicht wirklich schlau daraus....
Was ist denn da spannend ? Die Absturzberichte ? Soll ich die für den fraglichen Zeitraum mal hier posten ?

Es könnte sein, dass dein ChromaCamKit das Problem verursacht. War der Absturz um 12:18 Uhr?
Big Sur ist nicht wie angegeben aktuell Naja, so gerade nicht.

Warum hast du SIP deaktiviert?

Sonst wäre auch der Output aus System.log zum Zeitpunkt interessant. Bitte als Code posten, nicht als PDF.

Fehlerbild hört sich für mich so an, als würde quasi alles an den USB-Anschlüssen "wegbrechen".
Tritt das Problem auch mit High Sierra, Mojave oder Catalina auf? Wenn ja, dann fürchte ich, hast Du ein Hardwareproblem, zumindest an USB. Prinzipiell würde ich zuerst die Peripherie in Verdacht haben.

Ja der Absturz müsste so um 12:18 Uhr gewesen sein, das passt.

Was ist das ChromaCamKit, wozu wird es benötigt ?

SIP Status ist Folgender:

Apple Internal: disabled
Kext Signing: disabled
Filesystem Protections: disabled
Debugging Restrictions: disabled
DTrace Restrictions: disabled
NVRAM Protections: disabled
BaseSystem Verification: enabled

Fehlerbild ist recht neu und so wie es scheint nur bei Zoom der Fall. Das Programm muss ich glücklicherweise nur recht selten nutzen (1x Woche) ansonsten nutze ich BBB mehrmals die Woche und hab ein solches verhalten noch nicht erlebt. Unter einem anderen macOS konnte ich es nicht testen.
An das System.log vom 26.4 komme ich lt. Konsole nicht mehr ran (Tipp?)

Es gibt aber drei Protokollberichte zu dem fraglichen Zeitpunkt:

Mhhh, kann sein als ich nen bisschen rund um das Thema ausprobiert habe ....

Ich habe SIP jetzt wieder aktiviert und ChromaCamKit und sonstige Konsorten aus dem Bereich entfernt. Werde jetzt mal die nächste Zoom Konferenz abwarten .... Vielen Dank schon mal an Alle

Kleines Feedback nach vier Wochen. Es lag an der virtuellen SnapCam. Nach Deinstallation gab es in Zoom keine Probleme mehr.
