So, hatte iStat Menus installiert und habe herausgefunden, dass das die S.M.A.R.T.-Daten "abgreift" und die deswegen nich angezeigt werden konnten.
Habe für die SSDs auch den Trim Enabler installiert. Kann der was damit zu tun haben? (Obwohl ich den von Anfang an habe und es bisher nie Probleme gab...)
Nach Deinstallation von iStat bekomme ich folgenden S.M.A.R.T.-Werte:
