hallo community,

da ich schon länger performance probleme mit meinem macbook habe, aber ansonsten sehr zufrieden bin, denke ich im moment über ein upgrade in sachen RAM oder SSD nach. mein arbeitsspeicher ist schon beim öffnen von safari voll ausgelastet und ich bekomme den bunten kreis zusehen.. das neu aufspielen des systems hat auch nichts gebracht..

meine fragen also:

1. genügt ein RAM upgrade aug 8gb bzw 16gb, oder bringt nur die teurere SSD eine leistungssteigerung

2. Vielleicht kann sich ja jemand von euch mal meinem EtreCheck Code annehmen und findet etwas ausgewöhnliches ..?!

sieht nach zu vielem Parken aus - 242000 Parkvorgänge bei 4770 Betriebsstunden, das macht einmal Parken pro Minute.

Ich würde eine schöne SSD für nen Hunni besorgen und einbauen. Dabei bloss bitte auf das sehr empfindliche SATA-Kabel achten. Danach wird das Teil wie neu wirken

@Wuchtbrumme sag mal magst nochmal sagen, welcher Eintrag das im Smart Report ist, der darüber Aufschluss gibt, ob das Kabel kaputt ist. der Wert dahinter sollte dann ja nicht höher als 0 sein oder?

Seit wann kann etreCheck den Smart report außerdem?

ob das Kabel kaputt ist, kann ich nicht sehen; das wäre der Raw-Value zu Parameter 199 Ultra DMA CRC Error rate.
Dein Problem war das viele Parken.Erst mal würde ich es nur mit SSD-Austausch ohne neues Kabel probieren.
